Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage is governed by our Limited Warranty Policy:
1. Warranty Coverage
COMFILAX (“the Company”) warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”).
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Scope of Warranty
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover damage or failure resulting from, including but not limited to:
Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
Modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage or external causes
Use inconsistent with provided instructions or intended purpose
3. Remedies
If a product is determined by the Company to be defective within the Warranty Period, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
Repair the product, or
Replace the product with the same or a functionally equivalent product, or
Issue a refund equal to the original purchase price
The remedy provided shall be the exclusive remedy under this limited warranty.
4. Exclusions and Disclaimers
This limited warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted use, complete satisfaction, or that the product will meet all individual ergonomic preferences.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Business Continuity Limitation
This limited warranty is valid only while the Company remains in business and operational as a legal entity.
In the event that the Company ceases operations, is dissolved, liquidated, or otherwise no longer exists as a legal entity, all warranty obligations under this policy shall automatically terminate to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Consumer Rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.
You may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
